Returns and Exchanges Policy

To exchange or return your order:

1 - The Consumer Code defines that exchanges and returns can be made within 7 days after purchase in case of withdrawal. This is the link to the law:

2 - After this period, we offer free exchanges or returns up to 30 days after the date of your order.

3 - You can exchange your product for store credit, a different product or receive a refund using the same payment method you used.

Exceptions to our exchange and return policy:

1 - Discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned;
2 - Returned items must contain the label and be returned in the original packaging
3 - Returned items must not have visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate an exchange or return, follow these steps:

1 - Log in to the Bitsmag Store on Shopify using your email and order number - link:
2 - Choose the products in your order that you want to return or exchange;
3 - Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email;
4 - Return all items using the label provided.
